„Let go and Be“
Managing the experience of being alive with all its challenges through the power of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion
Mindfulness can be defined as bringing attention to the present moment, intentionally and without judgement. Mindfulness-based Training includes simple breathing meditations and mindful movement to help participants become more aware of the now, including getting in touch with moment-to-moment changes in the mind and the body. The course outcome will be enhanced if you decide to engage in the home practices between the course week-ends.
"Even brief periods of mindfulness practice can lead to objectively measured higher cognitive skills, such as improved reaction times, working memory functioning and decision-making."
Mindful Nation all parliamentary report 2015 (UK).
Whether you are a creative artist, an entrepreneur or inventor, whether you teach others or guide them through life in an advisory position - the theme we all have in common is that stress, extensive travelling to work, having to perform well regularly puts enormous pressure on us.
One well researched and effective way of supporting all of the above endeavours is the practice of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion.
It helps us settle into the moment that really matters - this moment- and thus reduces worries we may have rehearsed over many years and in different disguises. We will find that we can create new neuropathways in our brain which will enable us to truly connect to our deepest self, the self that CAN and Will deal with whatever challenges life throws at us.
As Marianne Williamson says: Our deepest fear is not that we are not able to rise to our challenges, but rather that we are immeasurably powerful... you will not serve the world by playing small but by letting your light shine... (1993):
This course will offer you the possibility to learn and fully inhabit yourself, to let go of fears as much as possible and to create the SELF that will stand strong even when the going gets rough.
